Projects ETQA Management

JH main corefunction of the Project ETQA Management division, it focuses on guiding existing or new training providers within the SouthAfrican region by managing their skills programme registration, SAQA-alignedqualification development, learnership implementation, learning programmematerial management, skills development provider accreditation management,assessor and moderator appointment and management, provider monthly monitoringreport, learner system registration, Learner POE’s Management, and learner certificationmanagement.

JH PROJECT MANAGEMENT

·        Developing, implementing and reviewing the Quality Management System

·        Development and updating of training material

·        Constituent Assessor and Moderator

·        Developing Implementation and training plans for different projects

·        Project scoping and management in line with the agreed deliverables by creating project implementation plans

·        Dealing with different Seta accreditations

·        Mentoring and coaching of facilitators and assessors

·        Quality assurance and project management of all training
programmes.

·        Project managing all learner ships

·        Preparation for site visits – Seta external verifications

·        Manage and develop client relationships and manage customer satisfaction.

·        Plan and direct activities of the Operations team in line with the project plan.

·        Direct and co-ordinate the allocation of resources within the operations teams as per the project milestones and deadlines

·        Manage the performance of the divisional staff in line with the People Development Policy.

·        Ensure effective implementation of current Policies and procedures and labour legislation

·        Represent the organization at client meetings, presentations and workshops

JH QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGEMENT

·        To develop, design and quality assure training material to targeted audience ensuring company performance objectives and SETA compliance is met.

·        Managing Facilitator and Assessor Inductions

·        Quality Assurance of all assessments

·        Conduct moderation on training to ensure assessment practices are fairly done

·        Dealing with the Seta's / QCTO Resolve ETQA related queries

·        Managing company accreditation with different Seta’s /QCTO

·        Ensure the company retains its accreditation status by complying with legislation requirements.

·        Implementing Learner Management System

·        Learner uploads and learnership registration with all Seta’s / QCTO

·        Manage administration processes through regular review of learner database and other administration documents to ensure SETA /QCTO processes are met.

·        Initiate and schedule site visits and external verification with all the Seta’s / QCTO
